Time is up for The Fabulous Furry Freak Brothers! The landlady has had enough of their dodging rent and drunken stoner parties, and she’s giving them ONE DAY to get the rent paid or they’re being evicted by sundown. Completely out of money,the Brothers decide to hit the streets and get jobs so they can stay in their awful apartment (it has a toilet in the kitchen)! Fat Freddy goes to work for Mr. Natural (a vitamin salesman, who dresses in a potato sack and fake beard). Vinnie tries being a painter and Frank tries to be with the landlady, hoping to get more time to pay. All three brothers get more than they bargained for, with wild encounters and crazy madcap humor, as they try to raise the rent money! An oddity from the late 1970s, UP IN FLAMES is unofficially based on The Fabulous Furry Freak Brothers and Mr. Natural underground comics.
