PLEASE NOTE Many studios are producing their DVDs on DVDR or Blue disk THIS IS NOT A REASON FOR A REFUND and out of our control. We only resell their movies.

If you happen to order a title that is out of stock temporarily, Please note that sometimes multiple orders come in for the same title at the same time. If we do not have the title available for your order for some reason we will e-mail you, if you would like us to order that movie which obviously will take a few more days’ time or refund you as soon as it comes to our attention. If you do not get your refund, simply email us.
