Buddy is a lonely, rich youth passing an idle summer of daydreaming and lovemaking in his opulent California home while his parents are in Europe. Besides a swimming pool for his amusement, there is a grassy bluff overlooking the rocky shoreline, where Buddy takes his faithful dog and finds his handsome lovers.
First Charley, and then blond Raven, find a place in Buddy's affections. Raven disappears and turns up in jail, jerking off while watching a cellmate being fucked.
