These are entertaining documentaries that take the viewer back to a more innocent day when male nudity in films was only just becoming "barely" acceptable. Therefore, Bob Mizer's films have a definite historic value to them, and one has to appreciate anyone who realizes such, and is willing to place his work on the pedestal where it so rightfully belongs. Even though Mizer's work became more hardcore over the years, his earliest efforts (highlighted in this volume) are fun and simple efforts showcasing the beauty of the male physique. The "physique stars" in the films make up for their lack of acting ability by making it more than obvious that these efforts were done simply for fun. The guys seem to be laughing and enjoying themselves most of the time, not taking any of it too seriously...which is exactly what you'll be doing as well. Highly recommended.
