Description

The time: Now. The place: A tropical hellhole into which attractive young tourists disappear without a trace. In this corrupt banana republic, the sinister Commandant Emmanuelle Noriega presides without mercy over the fates of the unwary foreigners who end up in her custody. With her assistant Racquel, she personally takes charge of the interrogation of three young American girls traveling as students and their teacher. Having arrested them with trumped up criminal acts, she subjects their naked bodies to the techniques she has spent so many years perfecting: the whip, the hoist, the rack, and all their subtle variations.
