Adult DVD Marketplace is an online marketplace that brings together buyers and sellers of both new and used adult DVDs. Buying DVDs on our site is simple... just find a DVD by browsing our category list, or by using our search tools. When you view the info page for a DVD, you can see the listings that sellers have submitted for that DVD, which include the price, condition of the DVD, the seller's rating, and other information about the listing.

Keep in mind that at Adult DVD Marketplace you are not buying anything from us, but rather you are buying the DVDs directly from other Adult DVD Marketplace members. However, Adult DVD Marketplace is responsible for ensuring that our sellers meet the commitments of our participation agreement and that they fulfill every order in a professional manner.

The DVDs you order are shipped directly to you from the seller. Sellers have agreed to ship their orders to you within two business days.

The time in transit for a shipment will depend on the location of the shipper and the shipping method used by the seller. Many sellers offer Expedited Shipping, which can be selected on the checkout page.

Expected delivery times per shipping method are listed below. If your shipment does not arrive within this timeframe, please contact the seller to check the status of the shipment.

Order will be shipped via USPS First Class, or USPS Media Mail, depending on the seller and the number of DVDs ordered. Orders consisting of one or two DVDs are typically shipped via USPS First Class, which can be faster than larger orders shipped via USPS Media Mail. The maximum expected time in transit is 21 days. These shipping time estimates apply to shipments in the domestic U.S. only.
Expedited Shipping (3 - 5 shipping days average time in transit after being shipped)	$ 6.00 for first DVD from a seller $ 1.50 for additional DVDs from the same seller
Order will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail or equivalent, depending on the seller and the number of DVDs ordered. The maximum expected time in transit is 10 days. These shipping time estimates apply to shipments in the domestic U.S. only.

Although we don't ship any DVDs ourselves, we request that our sellers use discreet packaging that does not in any way reveal the nature of the contents.

All credit card charges will appear as ADM MEDIA INC.

If you receive a DVD that is different than that which was listed, or that is clearly in worse condition than the seller indicated, please contact your seller directly via e-mail to explain the problem. Under these circumstances, the seller must allow you to return your item directly to them for an exchange, or, if that is not possible, a refund.

In the extreme case that you are unable to resolve a dispute directly with your seller, we will will evaluate the complaint, and if the seller is in violation of our policies, we will issue a full refund for your purchase and settle the matter with the seller ourselves.

Immediately after an order is placed on our site a notification is sent to the sellers to ship those DVDs. At that point the processing of the order passes on to the sellers, and we are unable to cancel those order ourselves. Therefore, please consider all sales final, except in those cases described in the Returns section above.

If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe (see When will my order arrive?) you should attempt to resolve the issue directly with that seller. The seller's contact information is contained in the order confirmation e-mail you received when you placed your order, and can also be referenced by logging into the site and viewing your order history.

If you are not able to settle the issue with the seller, please contact us for assistance. All orders on our site are guaranteed. If we are not able to resolve the situation, we will refund the order for you.

We also encourage you to make use of our seller feedback function to rate your satisfaction with a seller's perfomance.

Our feedback system is critical in ensuring the integrity of the seller community. Each DVD listing shows its sellers ratings (which range from one to five stars) that have been submitted by previous buyers.

Whenever you make a purchase from a seller at Adult DVD Marketplace, we ask that you promptly rate the seller's performance and leave a short comment about the purchase through the "Leave Seller Feedback" link on the main page.

Currently you can buy DVDs in five categories-- New, Like New, Very Good, Good, and Acceptable.

• New: A brand-new, unused, unopened DVD in perfect condition in its original packaging and with all original packaging materials included.
  
  
• Like New: A DVD in perfect condition, in its original case, with its original artwork. A DVD in this condition should be indistinguishable from a new DVD other than being out of its original packaging material.
  
  
• Very Good: A well-cared-for DVD in its original case with its original artwork that has been viewed, but remains in great condition.
  
  
• Good: A DVD in its original case with its original artwork with clear external signs of wear, but one that continues to play perfectly.
  
  
• Acceptable: A DVD with or without its original case and artwork, showing external signs of wear, but one that continues to play perfectly.
  
  
• Unacceptable: DVD recordings not created by the copyright holder, including recopied media in any form.

Buying a DVD on Adult DVD Marketplace is easy. There are multiple ways to find a DVD to purchase:

• Browse popular categories, performers, and studios using the browsing menu on the left side of the screen

When you display the info screen for a DVD, you will see any available sellers listed along the bottom of the screen. Click the "Add To Cart" button to add a specific listing to your cart.

Add as many movies as you like to your cart. When you're ready to complete your purchase, click the "Checkout" option from the "Shopping Cart" menu.
